Debra Sinkage spent a decade meticulously planning every detail of her longtime passion and future business endeavor in chocolate. Ideas about the preparation, presentation, and consistency of her chocolates slowly materialized into a successful business plan.
More importantly, Debra wanted to transcend the ideals of her restaurant and bakery into this new company. She insisted on using only the finest chocolates available, ensuring quality and consistency to her future customers. Similar to her bakery and restaurant, all chocolates would be created from scratch while using only the finest, natural ingredients.
The result of such meticulous planning: The Belgian Chocolate Company has arrived! Handmade bon-bons and truffles headline the inaugural line of fine Belgian chocolates. The truffles are generously filled with an assortment of flavored chocolate ganache ranging from Pistachio to Tiaramisu.
